Description

The vineyard lies on very hard granite and green-blue schist called Diorite. This is also the oldest vineyard in Beaujolais producing a more structured wine than its neighbour Brouilly. Appellation size: 315 ha

Winemaking

Traditional vinification with controlled temperature.

Tasting note

This wine reveals fresh and elegant aromas of black fruits, most notably blackberry. On tasting, the wine is supple with a lasting finish full of elegance and mouthwatering fruit
