Traditional vinification with controlled temperature. Tasting note
Black fruit aromas of blackcurrants and blackberries dominate the bouquet. This wine is supple and the tannins are elegant and smooth, surprisingly long in the mouth finishing with black fruit notes. Suggested food pairings
