The vineyards of Pouilly-Fuissé cover a narrow band of sloping land. The soil is composed of a combination of silt and heavy clay, making it a unique terroir. The privileged location of the vineyard allows it to benefit from both the Mediterranean influence channelling up the Rhone valley and the special micro-climate of the Saône valley.

Stainless steel for 8-10 months with control of temperatures. 100% malolactic fermentation.
