Description
Our plot on the prestigious Champ-de-Cour climate is located on the boundary of Les Thorins climate. It benefits from two different influences in its subsoil: old alluvial deposits but also deep granite from the Thorins area. With an ideal South-East exposure, the clay and sandy soils of Champ-de-Cour are very draining and offers a complex and voluptuous wine with superb freshness.
Tasting note
Our Moulin-à-Vent "Champ-de-Cour" has a bright garnet-red colour. Aromas of black fruits show beautifully with hints of pepper and raspberry. The mouth is round and perfumed with blackberry and cherry flavours.
