Description

Southern Burgundy offers an amazing wine-growing overview, made up of a serie of gentle hills. Located between Côte Chalonnaise and Roche de Solutré, Mâconnais region stretches along 40 kilometers. Mâcon-Burgy village is in the heart of this specific vineyard, ideal for the Chardonnay grapes.

Winemaking

Stainless steel for 8-10 months with control of temperatures. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Tasting note

Our Mâcon-Burgy 2015 offers a fine and elegant nose. Honey aromas blend with aromas of wildflowers and light lemon notes. On the palate, it is round and has a beautiful length. Notes of honey and bee wax are followed by a final of acacia flower and violet.
