Pinot Noir

Description

Originally from Burgundy, Pinot Noir is a delicate grape variety, with its small and compact bunches. Producing small volumes of wine, it is one of the most qualitative grapes. Our vineyards are located in the south of Beaujolais, in the area of Pierres Dorées. A few years ago, we decided to plant Pinot Noir in this region traditionally known for the quality of its Gamay. Its limestone soil rich in iron oxide and temperate continental climate give an elegant, balanced and fruity wine. The reintroduction of the owl to the vineyards was carried out in order to sustainably combat and eliminate rodents and other animals that attack the vine.

Intense in color, our Pinot Noir 2017 reveals delicious notes of cherry and violet on the nose. In the mouth, it is ample with aromas of red fruits and cherry stones. Beautiful length.
